3D Visual Design System & Creative Production Framework
Building scalable visual guidelines and reusable 3D creative assets.
This project focused on developing a scalable 3D visual production framework and design guideline to help internal teams create consistent, high-quality marketing and product visuals. The initiative aimed to reduce creative bottlenecks by introducing reusable 3D asset libraries, structured motion templates, and clear design patterns that junior designers could reference to produce more experimental and visually compelling content while maintaining brand consistency.
Duration · 3 min read
Approach & Contributions
- Designed reusable 3D product asset libraries and composition templates
- Established visual and motion design patterns for consistent brand storytelling
- Created documentation and guideline templates to support junior designers and streamline onboarding
- Developed lighting, camera, and animation reference setups to standardize visual quality
- Encouraged creative experimentation by building modular templates designers could easily customize
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align visual outputs with marketing and brand goals

Execution
I explored how modular 3D compositions and motion systems could be structured into reusable templates. These templates were designed to help designers quickly generate high-quality visuals without rebuilding scenes from scratch. The framework balanced consistency with flexibility, allowing teams to scale production while encouraging creative exploration.

Outcome & Impact
The framework significantly improved creative production efficiency by providing structured references and reusable assets for internal teams. Junior designers were able to produce visually consistent and higher-quality marketing creatives with reduced guidance and faster turnaround times. The initiative also helped establish a foundation for scalable visual storytelling and strengthened internal design collaboration.
